Managing your shipping setup

To manage your shipping terms navigate to Artist>Manage My Store>Shipping Setup. You can choose from calculating shipping costs using a mail service, by order weight or by order amount. You can even set fees based on the product.

Shipping TBD: Not sure what the rate will be and prefer to calculate at a later date, select Shipping TBD.

Shipping Calculator: You will need your Access License Key provided by the carrier (UPS, USPS, FedEx or Canada Post) along with your User ID and Password. Then select the types of ship methods you offer and your buyers will be shown up to the minute rates based on your selected method.

Please be sure to select the cheapest method adding more based on prices. The order you select will be visible to the buyer during checkout. For example with USPS add media before adding express.

Shipping by Total Order Amount: If you select this method be sure to select the top tab labeled By Amount and enter your shipping amounts and costs.

Shipping by Total Weight: If you select this method be sure to select the top tab labeled By Weight and enter your shipping weights and costs.

Shipping by Percentage of Total Order: If selected this method will add shipping costs based on the percentage you enter.

Free Shipping: Yep free shipping! Good to use if you want to offer a special at any time.
