To manage your products on IndieMe navigate to Artists>Manage My Store>Manage My Products. Here you will see what item is assigned to the showcase(s) you are in along with your assigned media types.
To add a new product - select the +Product button. You can search for a product and you can set the number of products to be viewed per page. To sort your products hover over the order column and drag and drop into your desired order. Or select the product name and change the sort order on the edit page. Scroll to the bottom of the page, select update, go back to the top, and hit the back button.
Here you can also view how many buyer hits a particular item has had, you can clone (learn more about cloning here) a product or delete one. You can also see at a glance the quantity of any item.
To delete or place products on/off hold, click on the box to the right of the product name. Scroll to the top of the Manage My Products page and select Delete, Hold, or Unhold. To mass delete or place items on hold or unhold, click on the box next to Actions, and all products in your store will be selected. To unselect a few simply click on the box to remove the checkmark. If you mistakenly delete a product select Show Deleted Products, locate the item, and click on the circular arrow
To edit a product click on its product name. All fields with a red * are required to be filled out. For more information on that field hover over the tooltip icon.
When editing or adding a new product begin by setting up the product, to add images or more images to an existing product select Images in the top tab. Here you can drag and drop multiple images at one time.

Commonly asked questions:
On Hold Product - if you are in the middle of setting up the product and do not want it to appear on your store select this box.
Showcase Product - if you want this product to appear in search results select this box. You should select one product at all times to be your showcase product. Be sure to pick an item that is not on hold. Update if you delete this product. A Showcase product is VERY important in order for your store to show up when a showcase is searched. It is also important to keep it "fresh" (changing with the season, showing a best seller or new work, etc.).
Use Shopping Cart - this allows the item to be placed in the buyer's cart, if you select no the item can be viewed but not placed in cart.
New Media - if you are introducing new media to your line please select this option.
Keywords - be sure to enter keywords, this is how an item is found during search results. You should have at least one for each item and can have up to ten (10). The more you have the more chances your item has of being found in searches. Use just a single word for each one.
Weight - This is for shipping purposes if you use a carrier to calculate amount. enter the weight of your item here. If you are shipping based on the weight of your product you will need to enter the accurate weight of your item. To hide this section enter -1.
Dimensions - This is for shipping purposes if you use a carrier to calculate amount. All dimensions are by inches, enter just the number not the ' or ". To hide this section enter -1 in all fields. Please note this system field will round to the nearest whole number. To add exact measurements see below.
To add dimensions so your buyers know the size of your product, place that information within the product description field. There you can add the dimensions in any format you wish. For example: Size: 1 foot long by 4 inches high or 12" x 4" or even 1' x 4".
Categories - all products should be assigned a category, add as many categories as your line needs.
Description:
Enter a description for your product to help your buyers understand it better. The remaining tabs will only appear if you enter information in the text box. Make sure your description tells the full story of your item. Remember that this and your images need to sell your product to a buyer who is unable to touch and see the actual product. Custom Tab - use this for entering additional information such as care instructions and give the tab a unique name.
Customize It - do you allow your buyers to customize a product, let them know the details here.
Consign It - add your consignment terms here if any.
Dropship It - do you offer drop shipping, add your terms here.
Inventory Stock Configuration:
Inventory management is critical to any business. Be sure to enter a quantity so you never sell more than you have in stock. If you have unlimited inventory simply put 1000.
If you do not keep an inventory however you can make the product many times than place an amount that reflects this like 100 or even 1000. If you make one-of-a-kind items which cannot at all be replicated than our inventory management tool will be quite useful to you. Please note that inventory management does not work with variances only with the main product overall.
Sale Pricing:
Want to place the product on sale and set a start and end date, you can easily do that here. The start and end date are VERY important. If they are not present, the sale price will not show for the buyer when they place the item in their cart.
