Managing Your Email Templates

You can set up your own email templates to send to your buyers. Navigate to Artist>Order Management>My Email Templates, from there select the Add Template button. Enter your template name and subject. Using either the Basic Text Box or the Rich Text Editor create your email and submit. Know some html? Go ahead and select the html option bottom of the template box. Don't know any html, please don't try this! 

NOTE - you will receive a copy of the email along with the buyer. 

Add as many email templates as you like. Edit and delete your emails from the main setup page.

To use your emails navigate to Artist>Order Management>Manage My Orders, select an order number select the Email button on the top of the page and select your email from the dropdown list.
