Congratulations and welcome to the IndieMe Marketplace.

To login to your store on IndieMe use the ID number you were assigned when you first registered. If you need to reset your password, you can do so on our login page.

You can now set up your store by locating the orange "Publish" button at the top left corner of your artist home page. After completing the store setup, click the publish button, fill out the form, and our staff will review your store. If everything looks good, your store will go live for our buyers.

Upon publication, you'll receive 4 FREE Featured Item Ads. We'll take care of ordering and scheduling these ads for you. If needed, you can edit the chosen product or date by navigating to your artist tab, selecting "Advertise," then choosing "Featured Item Ad." Scroll down to the scheduled ads and click the pencil icon to make edits. These ads are displayed on the buyer's home page for a week and in the weekly newsletter the following week. They are highly effective with a high click rate.

For new artists seeking visibility, take advantage of the Artist Special feature. This is a pop-up ad that shows when the buyer visits your store. We encourage you to offer an incentive, such as free shipping or a bonus item like a pack of seeds with a spring-related order, to attract buyers.

If you opt for an artist special, a small green $ sign will appear next to your name in ads and search results, prompting buyers to click and explore your offerings. Create an artist special by going to your artist tab, selecting "Manage My Store," navigating to "Store Settings," and scrolling down to the Artist Special section.

Continuously working on your store is crucial. Given that buyers have various options and busy schedules, it's essential to maintain consistent visibility by actively marketing your brand.
