The artist special will appear as a pop-up on your vendor store visible to the buyer and appearing only once per session to ensure the buyer is immediately aware of the special upon entering your shop. Here are some suggestions for an Artist Special:
- Free Shipping on orders placed during March.
- Valentine’s Day Special - all heart necklaces are 10% off.
- New artist special - all orders now until February 10th are 10% off.
- Order 5 spring flowers and receive 3 free packets of birdseed.
- Baker’s Dozen.
It is all up to you. The sky is the limit.

More Details:
- Only one offer can run at a time.
- Choose any special or incentive you want to offer the buyers.
- The title is limited to 45 characters.
- Offer description is limited to 350 characters.
- Time frame is your choice - whether for a week, a month, or even a season!
- Popup shows your showcase image and the details of your special.
How to: To set up your Artist Special, go to Artist > Manage My Store > Store Settings, then scroll to the bottom to begin. Remember that the special pop-up displays your showcase image so make sure you have one and it is current with new work or relates to the buying season.
When you create an artist special, a small green $ sign will appear next to your name in ads and search results, prompting buyers to click and explore your offerings. This is an excellent and efficient way to offer incentives to your buyers quickly and easily.
For those participating in our Virtual Expo, set up your Artist Special to run during the week of the show. This way, when a buyer visits your store, they'll immediately see your special in the pop-up.

Note: You cannot edit your active special. To make changes, simply end or delete the active special and create a new one.
