Viewing Your Buyer Hits

You are able to see how many views your IndieMe store has at any time. Our new Artist Stats page now captures all your buyer hits beginning on January 1, 2021. Here you can sort and view by date or date range. To view overall buyer hits prior to January 1, 2021 visit My Reports - Legacy. 

• Go to the ARTIST tab --> Order Management --> My Reports or Artist Stats
• Artist Stats: buyer Hits are total store views since January 1, 2021
• My Reports - Legacy: buyer hits prior to January 1, 2021 since your store was live on the IndieMe Marketplace or since the website cutover from Wholesalecrafts.com
• Unique Buyer Hits are first time views
• Visitor Hits are store views from buyers you provided your visitor password to (different than your direct link; those will go to your Buyer Hits/ Unique Buyer Hits numbers)

Buyer Views at the Product Level

You can quickly see how many views an item has received by going to Artist>Manage My Store>Manage My Products. On this page you will find a column labeled Buyer Views. Right above that column you will find an area to search views by a specific date range.
